| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform DETAILS: I spoke with De about the positive total coliform sample. She was frustrated and thought maybe it was the lab tech being in a hurry. I let her know to be sure to be in contact with the lab to have the tech sample where she wants them as per the sampling plan. I also reminded her about the source sample and repeats and she said she remembered from a few months ago. I will refer her to the circuit rider if coliform issues persistes. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and repsond fi necessary. | ||
