| Details: | I spoke with Matt from Hiland Water, who Christian Torres says is the company that Western Hills MH Estates now works with for water system sampling and other operations. I told Matt that 3 repeat samples and 1 raw water/triggered sample will be required within 24 hours from learning about the result. We also discussed the Lead MCL exceedance result and he says follow-up Lead sampling will be collected for Western Hills MH Estates. On yesterday's phone call, Christian mentioned that new houses have been added and there was demolition work in the area. Matt from Hiland Water mentioned that some of the older mobile homes had to go and be removed. But Matt also added that when Hiland Water was hired earlier in the year for Western Hills, he thinks that with previous Lead & Copper sampling years ago, different locations might have been sampled from by Western Hills than the locations Hiland sampled from this year. Matt says this possibly might have shown the recent higher Lead result. I also discussed March 2020's high chlorine residual result with Matt, who says that situation was due to a switchover miscommunication with Western Hills about the quantity used of chlorine, which has since been correctedh. |
