| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violations DETAILS: Spoke with Laura today and she was confused as to why she had received another violation. I ran through each one of these violations and again explained that she is required to do monthly source water assessment monitoring. She knew this as a sample was taken in January & March 2012 but none since. I reminded her to start taking monthly source water assessment samples beginning June 2012 and that a total of 12 samples needed to be taken and after that the situation would be re evaluated. She stated she would start taking the assessment samples again this month. On another note violation has been resolved a nitrate sample was submitted on 5/8/12. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
