| Details: | SUMMARY: Contacted Robert Jones and sent him the proposed BCA for his review DETAILS: I called and spoke with Mr. Robert Jones regarding compliance at Evergreen Acres. He stated that he recently submitted a number of sample results, which will hopefully resolve many of the activities required by the agreement. I stated that the violations associated with the water system require DWP to take some formal action. Mr. Jones stated that he will do whatever he can to have the water system in compliance. I received his correct email address and sent him a pdf copy of DWPs proposed agreement for his review. The email carrying the BCA requests/requires a response no later than July 17, 2012. ACTION NEEDED: Have a signed agreement shortly after July 17, 2012 or issue an administrative order shortly after the same date if terms cannot be agreed to. | ||
