Details:	"From: DANIELS Bradley K <Bradley.K.DANIELS@dhsoha.state.or.us> Sent: Monday, November 30, 2020 9:55 AM Subject: Evergreen Acres monitoring violations I need some clarification regarding source water coliform monitoring at this system because it is currently on EPA’s list for enforcement tracking/consideration. Coliform bacteria are frequently present at the water system and the water supplier reports many repeat coliform samples for the pump house location. Some of these samples have a chlorine residual and some don’t so there’s a question of whether these are raw water samples or not. Is there more than one pump house at this water system? Can someone, anyone, provide clarification of which samples count as source/raw water samples and which don’t? Also, can someone talk to the water system operator and remind them of proper sampling protocol and to identify sample locations more clearly." Response sent 12/1/2020: "I have tried repeatedly to reach the operator. I have e-mailed both contact addresses and left v-mails and texts. I have sent him (twice) the L-2 Investigation form for him to get started on it (L-2 done in July 2019, and December 2018)). The system is due for a Sanitary Survey, and because of its issues, I really wanted to get out there this year regardless of COVID—but, have not been able to schedule. The last source sample (SAA Pump House) was July 13. He has sample taps in the pumphouse preceding and following the chlorinator. For clarification, I recommend you go directly to the operator.
