| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead exceedance follow up DETAILS: The system pulled their third round of samples on 6/6/12. Results of one showed exceedance .0310 mg/l was the result of sample pulled at 14865 Mt. View Drive. I called John and he was going to contact Shellee Greenwood which was the person who pulled the samples because I asked him about the sampling technique that was used. I spoke with Sherr Miyazaki, Box R, and she stated she helped Shellee pull the samples and 4 for them were taken from outside hose bibs and one was taken in the well house. These sites are definitely not good sites to sample from ACTION NEEDED: I will speak to John and Shellee and let them know they should be taken from a kitchen or bathroom sink and the water should be in the system for no less than 6 hours and no more than 18 hours. The sample should be first draw and one L of volume I will contact the state and attempt to invalidate this round of sampling. I recommend the system pull another round of proper collected samples as soon as possible. | ||
