| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint about water quality in home DETAILS: Dee called on 8/20 to report a sewer odor complaint with water from certain fixtures in her rented home in Keizer. She has spoken to her neighbors and the City of Keizer and understands that the problem is limited to water from certain fixtures in her home, rather than with a city or neighborhood water quality concern. I underscored the first step of checking with the water supplier, and with her landlord, and indicated the DWPs regulatory oversight with the City, and that local plumbing codes apply to plumbing at private property connections. She asked about the ability to test her water and I provided contact information for a local lab that commonly does drinking water testing. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to continue to support resident, as requested. Resident has spoke to the City of Keizer, water department, prior to me fielding the phone call. | ||
