| Details: | SUMMARY: One of 10 routine coliform samples collected on 06/04/12 tested positve for total coliform. DETAILS: The routine distribution coliform sample collected at 5338 SE HWY 101 on 06/06/12 tested positive for total coliform. The chlorine residual at the time of sampling was 0.7 ppm. Three additional samples collected on 06/07/12 tested negative for total coliform (including a sample collected at 5338 SE HWY 101 and two locations upstream). ACTION NEEDED: 5338 SE HWY 101 will be discontinued as a routine sample site as it is the last user connection on the line, which does not allow for necessary downstream repeat sampling in the event of a positive. | ||
