| Details: | SUMMARY: Update on Quarterly Public Notice, Arsenic Treatment DETAILS: Emma said the Public Notice for the 3rd quarter was faxed to DWP-Portland at the end of Sept. She said the Citys RFP deadline is October 11 to recruit an engineer to oversee installing the arsenic treatment system. The chosen engineer will then hire a contractor for the actual installation. Timeline: the contract with the engineer will begin Nov. 5th, and last until approx. April 12, 2013 (that was Emmas best recollection without the date in front of her) for project completion. ACTION NEEDED: Relay this update to Brad Daniels, due to the ongoing enforcement action for the City to comply with the Arsenic standards by installing treatment. | ||
