| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine coliform positive for sample date 7/2/12 DETAILS: I called the operator/owner of the park to let him know that the sample was positive for total coliform at spigot #1. I let him know to take a source sample at the well head as well as three repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to take five routine samples in the distribution system for the month of August. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor samples results and respond if necessary. | ||
