| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to LCR excursion 9/2012 DETAILS: Dave said that a piece of debris got in the pump injector. He thinks it was paper from the sacks when it was mixed. He said the screens are cleaned weekly and the pumps checked daily. This did not affect the pH in the distribution. They have also set up a maintenance contract for the c12 and ph analyzers. There were no shut downs of the chlorine injection pumps. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
