| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR MCL Violation for October DETAILS: Spoke with Dick. Informed him since four of the samples collected on 10/9 tested TC+ there was an MCL violation for October and a public notice must be distributed. Dick said he already collected four repeat samples, but no triggered source sample. I told him to collect a source sample from well #4 (the only well in use at the time) as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect triggered source sample, distribute public notice, send dated copy of notice to DWS, collect five routine samples in November. | ||
