Details:	Spoke with Jane about a violation that produced from late/non-reporting of RAD. Jane said that she took the sample and sent into Box-R lab, which then sent the sample into a lab in Wyoming. She has the report that says the sample was received, however it was never sent into SDWIS. I told her to send in her results to compliance with a detailed email about the situation and that the Wyoming lab is aware of this error and has acknowledged it and will be sending in the results as well.
