| Details: | SUMMARY: Filtration DETAILS: I received an email from Bill that the water system has selected an engineering consultant to design their filtration plant. Because the GWUDI deadline of September 24th to install filtration had passed, a Bilateral Compliance Agreement is needed. Bill will submit an action plan and timeline by mid-November. On October 30th, the system was informed of the public notification requirements for failure to filter. A copy of the public notice was received on the same day.
