Details: SUMMARY: Asbestos monitoring deficiency DETAILS: 12/11/12 Survey conducted identified lack of monitoring for asbestos in AC distribution pipes in last compliance period. Confirmed with Evan system is on very 9 year sample schedule and that no acknowledging lack of sampling on 2008 survey was oversight by DWS staff ACTION NEEDED: Informed operator of need for asbestos sample summer of 2012. Sample completed 7/11/12 bringing system into compliance.
