| Details: | SUMMARY: phone call re: next steps on TCR violation DETAILS: After speaking to Bill Goss of our Pendleton office, I phoned operator Duane Young to tell him that this late in the month (and around the holidays), the priority would be to take the 5 routine distribution samples for the month rather than trying to fit in disinfection as a corrective action. We will decide what to do next based on the results of those 5 temporary routines. So far, corrective actions include: inspecting the well houses, lines and storage tank to determine whether there were any obvious methods of coliform entry into the drinking water system ACTION NEEDED: Await results of Decembers 5 temporary routine samples | ||
