| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to nitrate over 1/2 the MCL DETAILS: Spoke with Shelly at Delta Labs. Rexius is still showing as inactive. Will send a monitoring change form to the data team for activation and also put together an email notification for the lab for new chemical monitoring schedule along with reminder to submit plan review on existing well since it was inactive for over 1 year. Recommend looking into nitrate quarterly monitoring required for nitrate since it was over half the MCL> ACTION NEEDED: No treatment required at this time. Put on quarterly monitoring schedule. | ||
