| Details: | SUMMARY: Called for contact information DETAILS: I called the District to identify a proper contact person for an enforcement letter being mailed out this week. Dale answered the number records attribute to Jackie Brewington. Dale stated there is a publicly elected 5 member board of directors for the District, and that he is the District manager appointed by the Board. I confirmed the mailing address for the District. I mentioned the District has failed to submit a cross connection enabling authority, ASR, and has not formally identified the DRC operator. Dale said the District will address everything as quickly as possible once he receives the letter. I told him to call Jeff Freund or myself if any delays occur. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
