| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting of DIT failure DETAILS: Three times this past month rack 4 has failed its direct integrity test (DIT). The unit passes on the next test. It is believed that a water side valve is leaking during the DIT. All fittings on the air pressure side have been leak tested and are tight. Newport will send a list of the failed DITs and the response. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
