| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: A distribution sample collected 12/6/12 tested positive for coliform. I spoke with Chuck Lawson today and he has collected a triggered source sample and three repeat samples. The positive coliform is from a distribution loop supplied by one well only-- a representative monitoring plan is in place. We also discussed collecting five temporary routines in January.
