Details: Conditional approval for the new well at Salmon Run Golf Course was granted. The approval letter indicated that the operator should begin with monthly assessment monitoring, but the date to start the monitoring was not specified on the letter. The system received a violation for not reporting an AS sample for the month of October. Mr. Since the assessment monitoring date was not specififed, Mr Rainwater requested that the violation be RTCed and the monitoring start date moved to November 1st. This request was forwarded to the DWS office for final approval.
