| Details: | 01.28.21 - I informed Mr. Haglund that their coliform sampling schedule was updated. Salmon Run water system no longer need a monthly assessment schedule. The system is now confirmed E. Coli positive and no monthly AS samples are needed. As for the violation for not reporting an AS sample in October (violation Number 900345754), the conditional approval letter sent by the DWS in July states that the system would need to do monthly monitoring. By implication its’s when they start using the well that this monitoring would start. What the DWS office did not know is that Salmon Run were already using the new well. As such, the October violation was valid – they had been informed that after they start using the well they would need to do the monitoring and they were using the well. |
