| Details: | Left voice message for Wayne to inform him that I will contact State to clarify next steps with TC+ samples after having completed level 2 investigation. UPDATE 12/23/2020: Phone call with Wayne to inform him of TC+ RT samples and to take 3 repeats in the distribution and a triggered well sample; he will contact lab asap to determine their holiday schedule. Also informed him that another Level 2 investigation has been triggered, resulting in the 3rd coliform investigation in 12 months, so they will need to go through plan review and install residual maintenance within 6 months. |
