| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to OERS 2013-0293 DETAILS: I reviewed OERS Report # 2013-0293, provided to me by PHDs Candy Cates at 11 am. Unknown amount of superchlorinated water from pool equipment building spilled onto ground in Jeffries Creek basin at approximate location of 1212 SE Fogarty in Newport. It was unknown if spill had entered Jeffries Creek. After consultation with DWS Emergency Spill Maps, I notified City water plant by leaving a message at the above number with the contact information of the party registering the spill report. ACTION NEEDED: No action at this time. | ||
