Reasons:	Arsenic

Details:	I spoke with the DRC for this system regarding their recent above MCL arsenic result. The system believed the sample had been mislabeled. The original sample was reported as a source sample, but it was taken from distribution after treatment. Arsenic samples should be taken at the Entry Point. This is directly after treatment and at the start of distribution. The rolling annual average for this system now exceeds the MCL for Arsenic. The system DRC has agreed to update their public notice, post it where appropriate at the system, and will submit a copy of the notice to Drinking Water Services Compliance or me. The system is currently in plan review for an updated arsenic treatment plant.
