Details: SUMMARY: Violation investigation DETAILS: I contacted Kathy about the missing VOC and SOC samples. Kathy said they are using a lab in from Washington. I mentioned that it might be cheaper to do the sampling rather than have more civil penalties assessed. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to see if system does the sampling.
