| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC resolution DETAILS: System has a score of 12. System had many coliform samples missing in 2012 as well as being on enforcement for a long time due to a lack of samples. The system sampled for coliform on Nov1, 2012 and reported on Nov 5, 2012. This resolved the numerous non reporting coliform violations. The system also samples for SOC and VOX on 11/1/12 and reported on 12/11/12.The system now has a score of 0 and is back in compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up as necessary | ||
