| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC investigation DETAILS: System has a score of 12. They had many coliform samples missing in 2012 as well a being on enforcement for a long time due to a lack of SOC and VOC sample result. Mark and Joel have contacted Kathy and Scott numerous times to remind them to take eth SOC and VOC samples. Mark and I received an email from jams Nusrala on 10/23/12 asking to give last ditch effort to ask them to sample to allow them to avoid further civil penalties. Mark stopped by their office on 10/26/12 to talk to Scott. He let him know they really needed to sample . Scott said they would sample right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up results. | ||
