Details: SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: 5/3/12 survey showed a lack of usable raw sample taps for either well and that well #2 (emergency well) had never gone through plan review. Steve emailed me pictures of the 2 raw sample taps on 8/28/12 and a plan review packet for well #2 was received by Carrie Gentry on 2/4/13 ACTION NEEDED: none
