Details:	Called and left message with Melissa Walton regarding complaint of high chlorine in their drinking water. Complainant indicated that the chlorine was so strong that it burned their throat. Melissa sent an email indicating that the operator had checked the residual chlorine at a couple houses and the school(all surrounding the origin) and the results did not indicate a problem. Called back and left a message asking Melissa if they called the complainant back and documented their response as required by OAR 333-061-0025(8).
