| Details: | Kamala called to discuss the current coliform situation. The WS is still under a boil advisory due to confirmed E. coli in the distribution. Five confirmation samples have been collected from the well. None detected E. coli but all 5 were +TC. The WS has been ordered to install disinfection by 6/30/2021. Kamala said their plan is to abandon the existing well and drill a new one. They have already received a couple bids and are moving forward. I reminded her that plan review for the new well is required and emailed her the OHA plan review requirements document. She also plans to collect special samples, and a routine sample this month. I called the circuit rider agent on 1/5/21 and asked if they would contact the WS and offer assistance. A L2 coliform investigation is required by 2/5/21. | ||
