Details:	SUMMARY: Emails re: Coliform Sampling Plan & Circuit Rider assistance for recurring TCs DETAILS: Yesterday, I clarified with operator Duane Young that the routine positive in May means that Paisley will need to collect 5 temporary routine samples in June. Today, I saw that they received a violation for not providing the 5 temporary routines in April (after a TC+ routine in March). Also, I determined that the City did not have a written Coliform Sampling Plan at the time of their last survey (2011). So today I requested by email that Duane provide me a copy of their plan, because I want to verify that this sampling process is clearly laid out for the future (there was much confusion about the types of required follow up sampling after the first positive routine sample in Nov/Dec 2012). Because on the phone Duane said he would welcome their assistance, I sent an email yesterday to Rob Henry of HBH Engineers (our Circuit Rider), requesting that they consult with Paisley to evaluate ways to reduce the occurrence of TC in their routine sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Await copy of Paisleys Coliform Sampling Plan (and the results of their current repeat samples). Follow the Circuit Riders response to their assistance request..
