| Details: | SUMMARY: Phthalates detect at Lacey Court well DETAILS: SOC chem results for new well Lacey Court (SRC-WA) that were collected 9/13/12 were submitted as part of plan review. Phthalates results were more than twice the MCL. Another sample was collected 10/15/12 and tested for phthalates and the results were non-detect. System is not in violation at this time. Violation would occur if well was in use and MCL was exceeded after 4 quarters of sampling. ACTION NEEDED: This plan review is conditionally approved and not approved for use until final approval is received. At that time, a quarterly monitoring schedule will be set up for phthalates. If after 2 more quarters the results for phthalates continue to be non-detect, monitoring will go to annual (in the 3rd quarter of each year). | ||
