| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for corrections DETAILS: Two physical deficiencies noted during 5/1/13 survey were an open/exposed wire port and a loose casing vent fitting on the school well. Called Dale 5/28 and he stated they were both corrected the same day by filling the gaps with silicone. He has pictures but has not sent them. He will try to download and email pics for verification. ACTION NEEDED: These deficiencies are considered corrected. Send photos | ||
