| Details: | SUMMARY: Bilateral agreement status update. DETAILS: Results from HVH never received though he has requested them. Survey deficiencies: Cross connection program survey sent out to users in November. No potential cross connections identified. Reservoir has a secured hatch for protection but custom screened cover is not installed yet. Reminded Mr. Jones of the 2nd round of lead and copper required sometime within first 6 months in 2013. ACTION NEEDED: HBH to email WQP. Operator to send CCPH copy of cross connection survey and get a better vent screen made and installed. | ||
