Instructed him to do 5 confirmation samples within 24 hours. Operator states the well head water tap may have been contaminated on outside, discussed appropriate cleaning prior to sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Back into compliance. Confirmation samples came back negative. No follow up needed. | ||
