| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary deficiency survey follow up DETAILS: Phone contact with Mr. Jones regarding status of corrections for all 2011 sanitary survey deficiencies and remaining bilateral agreement requirements: WQP results from HBH never received though Mr. Jones has requested them several times. Significant deficiency finished water reservoir-vented secured hatch in place as of March 1. Verification pictures received by public health 5/15/13. Attached is deficiency summary sheet with correction dates acknowledged. 2nd round of Lead and Copper samples scheduled to be done 5/22/13. Operator asked about availability of SWS course class, he cert is up end of July. Discussed the advanced SWS in Tillamook. ACTION NEEDED: All significant deficiencies completed. Monitor system for continued compliance for ongoing required water quality monitoring L&C by end of June 2013 | ||
