| Details: | SUMMARY: Diquat detection DETAILS: There was a slight detection of diquat during routine SOC monitoring 5/22/13 at EP-Q Keizer Station well. The lab detection limit for diquat is 0.0004 mg/L and the test result was 0.0007 mg/L. The results are well below the MCL for diquat of 0.02 mg/L. ACTION NEEDED: The system must conduct quarterly monitoring for diquat at this well for at least 2 more quarters beginning 7/1/13 (monitoring must occur July-Sept and Oct-Dec 2013). Review after 2 quarters and if results still below MCL, monitoring will be changed to annually during the 2nd quarter for 3 years beginning 1/1/14. | ||
