| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for no annual assessment. DETAILS: Called Andy and discussed. System took assessment samples for source BZ and CA but did not submit result for DA( Sun ranch well). Andy to check and make sure result was not mislabeled and if not will take 2013 assessment ASAP ACTION NEEDED: Submit 2013 assessment sample for DA as soon as possible and continue to take annually. Discuss violation in annual CCR. | ||
