Details: SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The City of Gold Hills owns & operates a SW system, which supplies approximately 1,100 people through 500 connections. The city treats water from Rogue River coagulation/flocculation/settling & rapid-sand filtration treatment system. Circuit Rider was contacted about sand collecting in their raw water intake located along the Rogue River & was asked to come evaluate ways & means for removing the sand. Met with Rick at the raw water intake, discussed methods for removing sand & get a feel for the layout of the intake. Prepared a report & submitted it to Gold Hill for consideration. ACTION NEEDED: Assist as requested.
