Details: SUMMARY: System survey follow up from survey 12/1/09 DETAILS: System has installed a raw water sample tap between the well head and reservoir. The tap has been installed in the valve box. The UV treatment device has final plan review approval 1/12/12. This resolves all significant deficiencies. ACTION NEEDED: none
