Details: I would like to request an RTC on violation #902558474 for late reporting of asbestos sampling in 2019 as the sample has been received in December 2020.

I would also like to request an RTC of the violation #902558472 for a missed source assessment sample at well #2-AB in 2019. Samples were received for both sources in September 2020.
