| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: Spoke with operator in the field regarding old violation in 2010. Did some research and found a letter that was sent to the operator explaining what had happened and what he needed t do. This violation has been completed and resolve. Attached is a copy of the letter that was submitted 2/6/11 hopefully that will be sufficient. ACTION NEEDED: Return to compliance | ||
