| Details: | SUMMARY: FU to no pressure, water line break DETAILS: In talking with Dave he said they had a major water line break last night that completely drained the High level system, including the reservoirs. ( a 20’ length of pipe split)This only affected the High level system and the rest of the system, lower elevations in BAy City, TCCA, Juno, Latimer and Northwood is unaffected.I am putting up boil water notices for the affected water customers and have put it on the radio.We will flush the High level system when the reservoirs fill sufficiently and take coliform tests from the High level system before rescinding the Boil Water Notice. We are also doing the tie-in today for the new water line bored under the Kilchis River at the Alderbrook Bridge on Alderbrook Road and have switched TCCA, Juno, Latimer and Northwood to City of Tillamook water until the tie-in’s are completed later today then we will flush the line.PN was emailed to state on 9-26-13 ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
