Coli in routine distribution sample DETAILS: Call from Robert Jones 9/12/13 afternoon stating he was just informed by lab that recent routine distribution coliform sample came back with + TC and E.Coli.I asked about any changes or issues with system- he said none. But noted that he was taking a number of samples at the time (DBPs) and may have contaminated the sample with his hands. ACTION NEEDED: Operator to take repeats including source sample on 9/13.Pend any required follow up on repeat results. | ||
