| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+. Repeats negative. DETAILS: Wilsonville missed the opportunity to do repeat sampling within 24 hours due to communication failures between the lab and the water system. Wilsonville learned about the TC+ on Oct. 30. They took repeats then. All repeats were negative. Since repeats were not taken in a timely manner, a violation will be generated for late/non-reporting of repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Wilsonville is improving communications internally and with the lab. Incidentally, similar communication errors led to late reporting of September coliform results and surface water report. (4 days after the monthly deadline.) |
