Details: SUMMARY: Filter Evaluation DETAILS: Circuit Rider was contacted by the City of Willamina to provide a visual inspection of the filter media at the water treatment plant. The media has not been replaced since construction of the treatment plant in 1998. The operator is reportedly having some difficulty with either backwash efficiency or general filter media performance. Reviewed existing information on the filter media in preparation for site visit. ACTION NEEDED: Schedule visit with city to inspect the filter media.
