| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Mike delivered all Plan Review materials and sent a check in the mail for plan review for the water system. Since the system population is 20 ( verified with Mike) the system is downgraded to Non- EPA state regulated system. This reduction has eliminated the SOC testing that was needed during the survey. All deficiencies have been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies have been corrected. | ||
