| Details: | SUMMARY: Ecoli positive at well head DETAILS: Received phone call from state and email alert on 12/23. Phoned system and after much lengthy discussion, system agreed to take 5 confirmation samples at well head to try and confirm Ecoli positive. System telephoned me on 12/24 and indicated it was submitting 5 samples to the lab however after further discussion it was determined the 5 samples being submitted were no coliform (CO) samples. Due to the holiday system will resubmit 5 samples on 12/26. At this time system does not need to issue a boil water notice as Ecoli has not yet been confirmed. ACTION NEEDED: System to submit 5 CO samples on 12/26. Additional action to be taken depending on test results. | ||
