| Details: | SUMMARY: Physical changes required on the last sanitary survey. DETAILS: Sent Lisa an email after discussing these issues:Last Year we worked on correcting the Significant Deficiencies cited on the Water System Survey completed July 2013.Important physical changes that are required:1.Protect the well head with a watertight sanitary seal. Currently the well head is not properly sealed. Protecting the well from contamination is fundamental to having safe water. 2. Provide a tap at the well head. This is an important requirement. If the water is contaminated, the first sample is from the well head. Is the well contaminated? Please send a work plan as soon as possible with a date when these deficiencies will be corrected.Compliance is important considering that you have so many people in the park and it is a licensed facility.
